Does the food you eat give you acne and scars

Available over the counter, you've probably used a few of these. They are designed to unblock pores so that your skins natural oils can move and be disposed of the way your skin intended. Pretty much anything containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid is good for mild cases of acne, in teenagers and adults. This is especially true when the cream is blended with an antibiotic. Make sure you use a sunscreen that is suitable for acne. You may need to drop the protection factor down from 30 to 15 or thereabouts to get away from the heavy greasy creams. Look for a sunscreen that comes in a gel or spray and contains an ingredient called Mexoryl (either the X or FX varieties) as these won't clog your pores.
Most people who suffer from occasional acne breakouts find relief from using common topical and internal medications. The most common cause of acne is a blockage in the follicles because of sebum produced by the body. This blockage allows bacteria to grow under the skin and create acne. The most common product used to treat this condition is benzoyl peroxide. This product breaks up the blockage, opens the pore and thus eliminates the acne. However, in some severe cases laser treatment for acne may be required to break open the blocked follicle and kill the bacteria under the skin.
Acne vulgaris begins when oil and dead skin clogs the pores of the face. It can also affect the neck, back, chest and shoulders. If the clogged pores get infected, the result is swelling, pus, inflammation, and tenderness.
